While most employees are familiar with TSP, they don't have a complete understanding of its role in their retirement. With each employee, there are different factors that go into how much you should contribute to your TSP and to which funds you should allocate your contributions. Below are a few of the areas where we assist employees with their TSP:
Application to make Deposit or Redeposit for your Retirement System: FERS employees must fill out SF 3108 09/28/2012 and CSRS employees must fill out SF 2803 09/28/2012. In addition, you must fill out Form RI 20-97. Find your appropriate DFAS office at the following website: dfas.mil/civilianemployees. Mail your RI 20-97 [with your DD214] to the appropriate address/fax number. For more information about how buying your time back may help you in retirement, contact us today.
