Who are we?

American Federal works with individuals, families, Federal employees, military, veterans, first responders, and seniors around the United States. The organization specializes with helping people manage their insurance and their retirement. Every individual or family has different situations and American Federal representatives create a personalized plan to cater to everyone’s specific situation. Their goal is to provide one of the most valuable assets you can have when it comes to retirement and benefits, and that is peace of mind.

Richard and Rayna Reyes, founders of American Federal Benefits Consultants, have dedicated their careers to helping people make smarter financial decisions. With a strong commitment to ethical standards, Richard and Rayna work together to find the right solution for each individual and family who reaches out for benefits advice.

Our story

We're here to serve our communities

A few years ago, Richard visited a VA physical rehabilitation facility. While walking through the parking lot, he observed an injured veteran learning to walk again and some in wheelchairs who would never walk again. Overcome with emotion at the sacrifice others made for himself and other, he left with a renewed vigor and new purpose in business.

While helping others plan for their financial futures and ensuring that a legacy would follow them, Richard actively assists, recruits and employs veterans.

American Federal understands that many Federal Employees and First Responders served in the military. We understand that many veterans go un-thanked and unrecognized for what they offered and gave up while serving our country.

We stand with our Armed Forces and wish to take this opportunity to say “THANK YOU” for your unselfish service to our country and for keeping us FREE!

Proud supporters of Non-Profits

We are proud supporters of the Adaptive Training Foundation and Folds of Honor in addition to other non-profit organizations who help numerous combat-wounded veterans and their families. Most recently, American Federal teamed up with one of these organizations, to sponsor a hero from Texas to complete a group exercise program adapted specifically for amputees. While in this program, veterans exercise in a team environment, get physical conditioning, and enjoy camaraderie with fellow veterans and family.
